1. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older (or have legal parental consent) to use BeatPress.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use BeatPress for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Ownership of Content

• You retain all rights to original content you submit (lyrics, vocals, etc.).
• By submitting content, you grant BeatPress a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify it solely for the purpose of providing services (e.g., track production, artwork creation, and music distribution).

3. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility

BeatPress uses AI tools to assist with music production, cover art, and other creative services. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is based on your input and is provided "as is".
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any generated content is legal, non-infringing, and fit for your intended use.
• BeatPress does not guarantee originality, legality, or quality of AI-generated output.

4. Royalties & Revenue Sharing

• Revenue sharing and royalty splits will be outlined per project or per subscription/package plan.
• BeatPress will use third-party platforms (e.g., DistroKid, TuneCore) to facilitate music distribution and royalty disbursement.
• You must register with these platforms to receive payment under a royalty share model.
• BeatPress is not responsible for delayed or denied payments caused by third-party platforms or your failure to register.

5. Subscriptions and One-Time Plans

• BeatPress offers subscription-based services and one-time production/distribution packages.
• Payments are non-refundable once a service has commenced.
• You agree to the plan details, deliverables, and royalty structure outlined during checkout.

6. Data & Privacy

• Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We may log and store content submitted through our AI tools to improve services, in anonymized or aggregated form.
• We do not sell or share your personal information without consent.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BeatPress harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from:

• Content you submit or generate using our tools
• Any breach of these Terms
• Violations of law or third-party rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• BeatPress provides all services and content "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or legally sound.

9. Limitation of Liability

• BeatPress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us by you in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to BeatPress if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, any licenses or royalty arrangements may also be terminated, subject to project-specific agreements.

11. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of BeatPress constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
